Requirements: A Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care At least two years working in the childcare industry Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
